The LA1C-LA2C Model
Hand and foot operated. Single and Two Speed Lathe.
Level controls for collet operation. A separate control is provided for the motor and break control.
The standard arrangement includes a Type 5C Collet in sizes up to 1 1⁄16" for round stock, 1¾" for square, and 1" for hexagon stock.

The LA1B-LA2B Model
Chuck type, Hand operated, Single or two speed.
This unit can be equipped with chuck up to 8" diameter and be either bench or pediestal mounted.
The spindle is hollow with a ¾" diameter bore in the LA1B. The standard bore in the LA2B is 1". However the spindle bore can be increased to 1½" as an option.
